Asset Recovery

At eds we believe that we can offer unique asset recovery programmes to complement our range of site services. We can tailor schemes to meet specific client requirements and maximise realisations from asset sales or directly reduce project costs. We have the capacity in-house to appraise, catalogue, market, sell and ship process equipment and plant to buyers around the world.

Where programme and client requirements dictate, eds can offer to purchase all assets outright or show a credit against the project costs. Alternatively, where the time frame permits, we can appraise assets and promote them through our database of named plant and equipment buyers, advertise in industry specific journals and through our global network of partners.

Asset sales can be complete process units or individual plant and equipment items. Sales can be arranged by private treaty, by public/sealed bid auction, or as a combination of these. Assets can be sold in situ, from our storage premises or direct from the facility.

Our experts will recommend a strategy to achieve the maximum return for the assets in the time available. Our marketing department have over twenty years experience in the purchase and sale of process plant and equipment on an international basis. Asset appraisals are based on current market conditions and previous sales history.
